Director who has 30 years Estate Agency experience working in our beautiful county of Suffolk. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Property Professionals and a former Chairman of the Suffolk Branch of the National Association of Estate Agents. He has considerable experience at all levels of the property market with a particular interest in period and village properties. Richard was educated at Ipswich School before studying at Harpers Adams Agricultural College. Richard was a co-founder of Fine & Country Ipswich and Needham Market and launched Town & Village in 2011. Our aim is to provide the best customer experience whilst providing value for money.
Sonya has 18 years’ experience working for some of the largest upper quartile agencies. Sonya is an associate member of The Guild of Property Professionals. She manages the running and day to day administration within the office; this includes preparing property brochures, keeping vendors updated, marketing and negotiating sales. Having always lived locally Sonya has comprehensive knowledge of the area and amenities within it. Sonya has a huge love of the countryside and in her spare time enjoys equestrian pursuits with her daughters.
Debbie has been with the company since our launch. Debbie is our sale progressor liaising with buyers, sellers and solicitors ensuring that transactions go through smoothly and quickly with all parties being kept updated. Debbie also manages our buyers list matching buyers to sellers whilst additionally offering a ‘discrete off the market service’ to sellers who don’t want to fully market their property but instead prefer have it offered ‘low key’ to specific fully qualified buyers. These are buyers who she considers would be an ideal match to the property. Debbie lives in a small Village just out side Needham and is an associate member of The Guild of Property Professionals
